$1,000 Visa Gift Card, Deja Vous

We Get This Strange Feeling
That We've Done This All Before...

Here's what we found in our research:
Another $1,000 Visa Gift Card is in the offing on a low-selection (only 2-2-6) free offer site by eTravelPanel.com.

Getting Up There, Slightly

But, that 6-selection requirement happens on the Platinum page that displays only 12 ad/banners. And guess what? Three (count 'em 3) of those are duplicates! So you're making six selections from 10 ad/banners and, if you're already holding a Discovery card (the triple-timed offer), it's down to 6 out of 9, a full 2/3 of the remaining offers from which to choose.

We've Reviewed Worse

But, those are about the only drawbacks we found on this fairly reasonable offer site. Discounting any monthly memberships that are associated with the available risk free trials (RFTs), we got through the Silver (first) page of offers for $0 outlay. That's because we selected the eMusic 25-free-download offer and one of the two available credit report offers that have free sign ups. If you're a frequent visitor to FO sites and already have these two, our next best recommendations would be the $1 Deal Max offer plus the $2.29 grant membership trial from Grant Masters.

Getting Up There, Even More Slightly

The Gold page had 50 ad/banners from which to choose and we went with the same two low-cost offers mentioned above. If you had to take them on the Silver page, our next best low cost recommendations would be the $1 Free Score credit report plus the $3.99 Vista Print business cards.

At Last, Platinum

Which allows us to enter the "narrow pickings" on the Platinum page for less than $5. We immediately take the four available RFTs that total $19.06 and look around for the "best of the rest." Those turn out to be two subscription offers, $12.92 for Disney's DVD Movie Club and $8.99 for the Netflix membership.

The Proverbial Bottom Line

So, getting through the Platinum page cost us $40.97. And, that qualified us for the Gift Card for a total of less than $46 overall. A pretty good trip, comparatively. We decided to stop here, even though there were bonus offers to choose from following the main pages.

We'd welcome your blog comments about the articles there. Or if you'd rather email us, please do so here. Let us hear from you.

Here's wishing you the Best of Bargains,

Head FOD
